Hey 👋 I'm Kye

Currently working at Framer - providing world class product support on the Customer Success team.


Since joining Framer, I’ve taken on a wide range of responsibilities—from growing the marketplace through second-stage reviews, to hiring and onboarding new team members, building internal support systems, and launching our scale-up support initiatives. I’ve also delivered product demos and consistently provided world-class customer support, maintaining an average response time of just 1.1 minutes for over 90 consecutive days, which is something that i'm extremely proud of.


I'm based in Nottingham (England), which is within the East Midlands, I have a 2 year-old Border Collie named Luna and i'm an avid enjoyer of Rugby, Drum and Bass and i'm obsessed with cars and have a passion for Support + AI.
